Traineeship in Australian Migration Law

Savitha is a practicing Lawyer from India. She practiced law before the District Court over 5 years.   She has conducted trials, cross examination of witnesses, arguments and other legal matters related to criminal, civil cases and won cases in favour of justice.

She always passionate about ‘fair trail and fair-go’ to people.  She volunteered her time in giving legal advice to poor and vulnerable within the community during her association with many cultural and social forums! She currently acts as an Executive member for Women’s forum(A part of Sharjah Indian Association) in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.   

Savitha has undertaken traineeship in our Legal Department under the direct supervision of Australian Registered Migration Advisor Mr. Rasheed Backer RMA,MMIA. She is conversant with all aspect of the Australian Migration Law.  She is currently supporting our clients in lodging and processing their Skilled / Spouse / Other Migration visa applications under the direction of our Principal Migration Advisor.
