  • A senior executive employed by a major business.

  • An investor with a proven track record in managing a portfolio of assets.

If you are one of the above, you will be required to provide evidence of your business skills and your business history. The details of your background, and your age, will determine your eligibility for a business visa. Different types of visas are detailed below:

Investment Linked (Provisional) Visa

Contact AIVES to identify the best available option, which meet your circumstances. Perhaps the most important stage in the migration process is the initial direction setting discussion with the client. At this stage we would normally request a range of basic documentation in order to confirm eligibility and identify any potential difficulties or delaying factors.

This vital direction setting stage incurs no cost. Only when the case proceeds past this point do we undertake to pursue the matter to a satisfactory conclusion and invoice accordingly
