The Critical Skilled Occupation is a sub-list of the occupation list. It is an attempt by the Australian Government to identify occupations where there are critical shortages in Australia. If your occupation is on this list, your application gets priority processing. Priority processing also will be given to State Sponsored Applications (STNI/SIRV).
