I have been down with viral fever and upper respiratory tract infection for the last one week and have not attended office since then. However your phone call on 23rd Friday has lifted my spirits beyond belief and has made it easier for me to bear the illness. I have to admit that you truly made my day and it was the most pleasant phone call I have received in a long time. I really appreciate the personal attention and the sincere effort you have taken in my case, in spite of the time constraints and my age factor(45 Years). I still could not believe that I got my visa even though I had only 5 working days to lodge my visa application before turning 45 years!! . I truly believe that if it had not been for you, my PR approval would not have been possible and I have no hesitation to attribute this success to you alone. It is more than a normal visa grant and as you are aware my visa application was a 'challenge' and finally you have helped me to win the immigration battle!!

Remember, at one stage my Case Officer asked to invest 100,000 dollars.............I lost my hope and later when I got 'notice to reject my application' from DIAC I have made my full mind that the visa would be rejected.

I really indebted to Aives Team.  As you are aware I thought all the dream has vanished suddenly when my wife failed the IELTS exam twice.  I knew that it was a mandatary requirement for her to get at least vocational level score and it cannot be waived as per the current Australian law.  We still cannot believe how you guys waived IELTS for my wife.

Sorry about the feedback form. I filled it in and forgot to attach it in the previous mail. Yes, it is a great relief to get the visa finally. It’s been a long wait but a worthwhile one. I have sent the passports for visa stamping. The status still says being processed at the High Commission. Should be done this week or early next week. After which I plan to visit Hiyas for help and info on the account opening. We are planning to touch base at Sydney by May middle. Depends on Venky's office and when they relieve him.
